We provide Consultancy services in Project Management / Structural Designing of diverse variety  of  large  and  complex  Buildings / structural  systems covering Tall Multistoreyed Buildings, Large Housing Complexes, Industrial and Factory systems, and tall steel and RCC Towers.  Our Head office is  at Delhi   and   branch  office  at  Mumbai.   Brief information about the organisation is given in this write up.

The organisation is headed by Mr. K. K. Agrawal (a 1st ranker from IIT, Kharagpur of 1963 with extensive Research Experience) with 50 years of experience in Construction Management and Computer  aided  Structural  Designing  covering  large,  complex  and  challenging  projects of diverse variety.

We imbibe the philosophy and practice of taking over the Client’s problems on to us in any venture contracted into.

We have acted as Review Architectural Consultants for World Bank  on  their  $800 Million   project   for   Technicians   Education   Programme  for Architectural, Structural and Services designing and drawings.

We have a highly motivated team of experienced senior Engineers in the fields Civil/ Interior Work/ Electrical & Mechanical Designing and Construction management.

BRIEF SUMMARY OF OUR PROJECT MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY UNIT

Our Group is headed by Sri K. K. Agrawal with a rich and diverse professional experience of 50 years after Graduation from IIT, Kharagpur in the field of major Projects Execution, Designing and Planning in the Government sector, private sector and World bank aided projects. We are assisted by a strong group of motivated and highly experienced personnel in Designing as well as in the Project Execution.  Following is the brief relevant summary.

1. Components of the Procurement Action Consultancy

We have relevant experience in having managed the entire procurement action covering the activities of:

• Scrutinising the designs and tender documents,
• Empanelment of Execution agencies,
• Bid evaluation and fixing up the agencies,
• Supervision of the Civil/Interior/Architectural, Structural, Electrical & Air Conditioning, internal Public Health system, External Services like Roads, water Supply, Sewerage and Drainage, Treatment plants for the water and sewage, Landscaping Etc. components,
• Quality Assurance, Control and Coordination,
• Progress and cost control and monitoring, and
• Contracts management of very major and prestigeous projects.

We were the Review Consultants for 225 very major projects of Polytechnic upgradation all over India, each costing from Rs.2.0 crores to Rs.15.0 crores on a World Bank Project of Polytechnics Upgradation programme for a period of 4 years – during 1992-96 – where in we had the responsibility of turnkey review of the Architectural, Civil and Structural, Electrical, Public Health and Infrastructure services Designs, Estimates, Tender Documents and the appointment of the procurement agencies.
